Who should you trust with your child’s learning?

Your child spends hours with their tutor, and those hours shape how they think, work and see themselves. You should be able to check who they’re with, and see what’s changing.

Checked people

Every tutor holds a current Working with Children Check, passes a trial lesson and is trained in child safety.

Parents always included

No private messages with students. All contact goes through parents.

Why now

Why start this term,
not next year?

School is changing now

AI is already in classrooms and homework. Students who learn to use it well, and honestly, will be ahead. Those who don’t will fall behind or get into trouble.

Skills build week by week

A term of practice now means next year starts strong, not catching up. Selective entry and VCE preparation work best with time, not a last-minute cram.

Founding places are limited

The first 12 families get A$20 off every week for 12 months. When they’re taken, the offer closes.

Nothing to lose by trying

The taster is free. If you join and your child hasn’t visibly improved by week 8, the next four weeks are free.

06 — Outcomes

Three things parents
actually notice

Ahead in class

Lessons arrive before the classroom does, so the student answers first instead of catching up.

Calmer exams

Timed practice under real conditions turns panic into a routine they have already rehearsed.

Grades that climb

Fortnightly written notes show exactly which topics moved and which need another pass.

12 — Questions

Questions,
answered

How do we begin?

Book a free Sunday class, or a free diagnostic first lesson. We see exactly where your child is, then build a plan around it.

Are classes online or in person?

All classes are live online with a real tutor, so families anywhere in Australia can join. Students need a laptop, a quiet space and a pen and paper.

How long is a session, and who teaches it?

Ninety minutes, with the same tutor, in the same slot every week.

How many students are in a class?

Never more than six, so every student is heard and gets feedback every week.

Which tests do you prepare students for?

The Victorian selective entry high schools test and the ACER Cooperative Scholarship Test, with a focus on the writing and reasoning sections, plus scholarship interviews.

Do you guarantee selective entry or better grades?

No one honestly can. We guarantee progress you can see: if your child hasn’t moved up a level on two Learning Map skills by week 8, the first four weeks of next term are free.

What happens if my child misses a class?

With 24 hours’ notice, swap into any session with a free seat, up to twice a term.

What do I get as a parent?

Marked work every week for each subject, one monthly Atlas progress record covering all subjects, and a 15-minute review call each month.

How does support between sessions work?

Your child can send questions through a parent-visible channel and a tutor replies within 12 hours on weekdays, up to 3 questions a week. We give guidance, never ghostwriting.

How do payments work?

Prices are per week: A$99 for Years 3–6, A$119 for Years 7–12, and A$129 for VCE & Selective Coaching. A second program is A$89 a week. Pay weekly, monthly or by term (10 weeks), and save about 5% paying by term.

What else is included?

Alongside the weekly class, marked work and monthly report, every student gets a personal Learning Map of their skills, a verified monthly progress record, help between sessions (replies within 12 hours on weekdays, up to 3 questions a week), practice materials, study skills and guidance on using AI honestly, built into every class. You can also swap sessions with 24 hours’ notice, up to twice a term.

How does the progress promise work?

In week 1 we map your child’s skills. If they haven’t moved up at least one level on two skills by week 8, we coach them free for the first four weeks of next term.

Do you offer one-to-one or other help?

Yes, on request: one-to-one coaching (A$90 an hour), essay coaching for a specific assignment, writing support for students learning English, scholarship application help and holiday programs. Ask us during the free assessment.

When are you open?

Mon - Fri 8:00am - 9:00pm, Sat - Sun 9:00am - 5:00pm — every day of the week.
